Equity, Rights, and Resource Impacts

Making resource decisions more equitable in practice, not just on paper.

How i work with you

Centre equity and rights in your resource projects.

Equitable Resource Impacts partners with communities, Nations, project teams, and policymakers to bring gender, Indigenous rights, and socioeconomic realities into the heart of resource decisions.

Together, we design and assess projects so that benefits, risks, and responsibilities are shared more fairly.

Socioeconomic Impact Assessment

Designing and reviewing social and economic impact assessments so communities and Nations can see, challenge, and reshape how projects affect daily life.

Gender and Intersectional Analysis

Applying gender-based and intersectional lenses to policies, projects, and monitoring so inequities are identified early and addressed meaningfully.

Indigenous Rights and FPIC

Supporting Indigenous Nations and project teams to align engagement and agreements with rights frameworks, including FPIC and the UN Declaration.

Governance, monitoring, and learning

Co-developing governance and monitoring approaches that keep commitments alive over the life of a project, not just at approval.
